King's Valley Christian School accepts the Holy Scriptures as the revealed will of God, the all-sufficient rule for faith and practice, and for the purpose of maintaining general unity adopts the following statement of fundamental truths:

We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible and authoritative Word of God. (Matthew 24:35, Psalm 119:89, II Timothy 3:16-17, II Timothy 2:15, II Peter 1:19-21)

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. (I John 5:7, II Corinthians 13:14, Genesis 1:26, I Timothy 1:17)

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal future return to this earth in power and glory to rule a thousand years. (John 1:1-3, Matthew 1:23, I Timothy 2:5, Ephesians 2:18, Philippians 2:6-11)

We believe in the Blessed Hope, which is the rapture of the church at the coming of Christ. (I Thessalonians 4:16-17, Titus 2:12-13, Matthew 24:26, Acts 1:11)

We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ. (John 3:3, II Corinthians 5:17, Galatians 2:20, I Peter 2:24)

We believe that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation. (Ephesians 5:18, Acts 4:31, Ephesians 4:30-32)
We believe that in Jesus name, and the faith that comes through Him; healing of the human body is provided in answer to believing prayer. (Isaiah 53:4-5, Matthew 8:16-17, James 5:14-16, Acts 3:16)

We believe that it is the believer's privilege and responsibility to be filled with the Spirit, and to manifest the "fruit of the Spirit," and to exercise the "gifts of the Spirit" for the edification of the church as well as the individual. (Galatians 5:22-25, I Corinthians 12, 13, 14)
We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is able to live a holy life. (Romans 8:1, 12:1-2, II Corinthians 7:1)

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting separation from God. (Matthew 13:41-43, Revelation 20:11-15)
